People who intend to participate in the acrobatic courses must complete and sign a regulation.
To field the regulation you will need an identity document.
Only people over 18 years can complete it.
Why is it important to sign the regulation? Because is your insurance!
The regulation shall include:
- NAME AND SURNAME
- AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT NUMBER (IDENTITY CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE)
CREDIT CARD IS NOT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT!!!
- THE LIST OF ALL PARTICIPANTS
- THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
- DATE AND SIGNATURE
